Spring Break 2027 Planning Timeline: What to Do This Month, Next Month, and in March

Spring break is six months out and the groups that have a great week in March are the ones that made three or four decisions in the fall. Here’s the timeline, month by month.

September

• Pick your week from the 2027 calendar. Confirm your school’s break dates against it.
• Lock the group. Names, not maybes. Read the group chat rules.
• Decide who books. That person is on the hook for the whole reservation.

October

• Book lodging. For Weeks 2 and 3 this is the month. Why. Start with our partners so the Spring Break Package is on your reservation.
• Collect deposits within a week of booking. The money post.
• Run the booking checklist before anyone pays.

November

• Sort transportation: who’s driving, who’s flying, who’s picking up whom at ECP. Flying vs driving.
• Book flights if you’re flying. Fares climb from here.
• Watch the week pages for the first confirmed lineup announcements.

December

• Final lodging payment (most properties want it 30–60 days out).
• The party card goes on sale for 2027 — see the PCB Club Card options and prices (a booking discount code is planned for partner bookings). What’s included.
• Last call for Week 4 lodging with any real choice.

January

• Book boats, jet skis, parasailing for your first good-weather day.
• Read the March rules with the group. Out loud. Seriously.

February

• Packing list (here). Everyone confirms they have a real ID.
• Grocery list and the day-one plan. Food strategy.
• Weather check the week before. What March is like.

The week of

• Arrive Saturday, check in with the booker present, walk the condo rules once.
• Sunscreen, water, sleep. Don’t lose Day 2.
• Have the week you planned.
