Group Booking Checklist for Spring Break 2027

Print this, paste it in the group chat, whatever. Run through it before anyone pays.

Before you search

• ☐ Week chosen (2027 calendar)
• ☐ Real headcount — names, not maybes
• ☐ Ages of everyone, and who’s 21+ / 25+
• ☐ Budget per person, all-in
• ☐ Zone preference (neighborhoods)
• ☐ Who’s booking, and who’s the backup if they drop

Before you book

• ☐ Property’s minimum age to book and to stay — your booker qualifies
• ☐ Maximum occupancy ≥ your headcount
• ☐ Written spring break policy read by at least two people
• ☐ All-in cost confirmed: rent, cleaning, resort, parking, tax, deposit
• ☐ Deposit refund terms understood
• ☐ Cancellation policy understood
• ☐ Check-in time, check-out time, and ID requirements at check-in
• ☐ Parking spaces vs. number of cars
• ☐ Building name and address found on a map
• ☐ Paying through a platform or a real management company, not a wire

The day you book

• ☐ Booking confirmation forwarded to the whole group
• ☐ Per-person share announced with a payment deadline (one week)
• ☐ Bail-out rule agreed in writing (the split post)
• ☐ Ledger started
• ☐ Spring Break Package confirmed on the reservation — that’s your 10% party card discount

Thirty days out

• ☐ Final payment collected
• ☐ Guest list matches the reservation
• ☐ Party cards bought with the discount code
• ☐ Boat trips and activities booked for the first good-weather day
• ☐ Everyone has read the rules

The one thing everyone forgets

The check-in ID. The person who booked has to be there, with the card they booked with and a real ID. If they’re arriving a day later than the group, the group is sleeping in the car. Sort the arrival order now.
