What Week 3 is like
The week people picture when they say PCB spring break. The most schools, the most events, the fullest beach, the longest lines. St. Patrick's Day falls on Wednesday the 17th, so the St. Patty's night is the peak of the peak. Roughly four in ten weekly passes are Week 3. If your friends from other schools are coming, they're coming this week.
Weather
The sweet spot most years: afternoons in the low 70s, water fine by 2 p.m., nights tolerable. Still one front in the mix some years.
Lodging
Book by the end of October or pick another week. Walkable club-district units go first, then Gulf-front, then across the road. Everything within a mile of the venues is gone by Thanksgiving. See what's open.
