What Week 4 is like
The underrated week. Same theme rotation, same venues, same Club Card — at roughly a quarter of Week 3's volume. Shorter lines, available boats, rideshares that show up, and the warmest average weather of the season. The last weekend has an end-of-season feel that some groups love.
Weather
Warmest of the four. Afternoons in the mid-70s, water that's fine by early afternoon, best odds of a full week of beach days.
Lodging
Meaningfully easier. Mid-January still gets you the zone you want; re-lists from cancelled groups show up through February. See what's open.
