What this site is
DoItForBreak is an information and referral site for spring break in Panama City Beach, Florida, operated by Axiom Design Group (“we,” “us”). We publish guides and articles, and we refer you to third parties who sell tickets, lodging, and activities. We are not a travel agency, a venue, a property manager, or a tour operator.
Purchases happen with third parties
Party cards and tickets are sold by PCB Club Card through Eventbrite. Your purchase, refund rights, and event terms are governed by the event listing and Eventbrite’s terms.
Lodging and activities are sold by the partner you book with. Their rates, rules, deposits, age requirements, cancellation policies, and terms apply. We may receive a referral fee from partners when you book through this site; that fee does not change the price you pay.
We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for the goods and services partners provide, for availability, or for pricing shown on partner sites. Prices and availability shown on this site are provided by partners and may change without notice.
The Spring Break Package
When you book with a participating partner through this site, the booking includes a Spring Break Package that entitles the booker to a discount code for the PCB Club Card, delivered by email after the booking is confirmed. One code per booking. The code applies only to the PCB Club Card, is not redeemable for cash, and is not combinable with other PCB Club Card promotions. Participating partners and the discount amount may change from season to season; the terms in effect when you book apply.
Information is not advice
Our guides describe local rules, laws, prices, weather, and venue practices as we understand them at the time of writing. They can be out of date, and they are not legal, safety, or financial advice. Confirm rules with the City of Panama City Beach and Bay County, confirm prices and policies with the seller, and use your judgment. You are responsible for complying with all laws, including Florida’s drinking age of 21.
Your conduct
Don’t use this site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the site’s operation. Don’t scrape or copy the site’s content for commercial use without permission. If we open comments, don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, or that facilitates underage drinking, fake identification, or illegal drugs; we may remove content and block users at our discretion.
Our content
The text, design, logos, and original images on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions or use our name or logos without written permission. Third-party marks (Eventbrite, venue names, partner names) belong to their owners.

By signing up you agree to receive emails from DoItForBreak and PCB Club Card about spring break dates, events, lodging, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a purpose. Spring break involves risks: sun, water, alcohol, crowds, travel. You assume those risks.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost bookings, lost money, or personal injury, arising from your use of this site or from any transaction with a third party referred by this site. If we are found liable despite this, our total liability is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these terms or of any law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
